The high-speed yacht Chaika is ready to sail out on any course at any time. The two decked restaurant located in the heart of Moscow close to the International Business Centre offers a fascinating panoramic view of the Moskva-river with its ancient bridges, and the Ukraine Hotel glowing n evening lights. Valuable tree breeds used in the interior of Chaika bring out the modern design of the yacht.

Chaika's chef Domenico Filippone previously worked at the restaurant of Gualtiero Marchesi who is considered the inventor of the modern Italian cuisine. Our restaurant offers a unique menu comprised of finest Mediterranean dishes and chef's unique creations as well as an Asian menu designed by a chef from South Korea.

The open kitchen of Chaika is equipped with robata, a traditional Japanese grill. Our wine list includes thousands of bottles for the most exquisite and whimsical tastes.

The Yacht Chaika is the perfect place for holding any reception. The total capacity of the restaurant is 600 people. The three big halls of the restaurant can accommodate up to 250 guests, and the three VIP-rooms are designed for 30 persons and well suited for small receptions.

The halls of the restaurant can be easily transformed into an open terrace; that is one more distinctive feature of Chaika.

Our chief

Шеф-повар Доменико Филиппоне родился на Сицилии в Италии, закончил Институт Саффи Аурелио во Флоренции. Он был учеником Поля Бокюза, знаменитого шеф-повара XXI века, основателя и главы международного кулинарного конкурса «Золотой Бокюз». Доменико Филиппоне работал в ресторане Алена Дюкасса «au Plaza Athenee» в Париже, в ресторане Гуальтьеро Маркези в городе Брешиа на севере Италии, получившем три звезды Мишлен, а также в «Enoteca Pinchiorri» во Флоренции и других.
