Chef Domenico Filippone is originally from Sicily, Italy and graduated from the Institute Alberghiero Aurelio Saffi in Florence, Italy. Domenico Filippone studied at Paul Bocuse — prominent French chef of the 21st century, the founder and head of the international culinary contest «Bocuse d’or». Domenico worked in Alain Ducasse’s restaurant «au Plaza Athenee» in Paris, restaurant of Gualtiero Marchesi in Brescia, Italy which is a Three Michelin Star restaurant, «Enoteca Pinchiorri» in Florence, Italy and others
